Think Slim Challenge

Congratulations to everybody who took part in the challenge.
There were so many great challengers and to be part of the ten week transformation of so may people was a real honour for me. We also had a lot of fun and are planning to do another challenge in the coming months.
After much deliberation it was almost impossible to differentiate first and second place. Both challengers had reduced their weight by the same amount and there where only slight differences in size reduction and fitness results. The only fair solution was to have two first place winners. And no they do not have to share the prize we have decided to give away two holidays at Little Forest Health Retreat.

Wrap Up
It’s already February so if you are on your way to a healthy and fit 2010 keep the momentum going. If you have lost focus now is a good a time as any to reset your goals and start making every day count. Go for it and remember, when you Think Slim you’ll become slim and stay slim.
